FAQ's
Can I phone you?
Due to our location and working practices it’s not always convenient for us to receive calls. Please email us with any questions, or request a call back so that we can arrange a time to call you that suits everyone. Skype is ideal because it’s free, and we can chat from our computers.
Will you be the sole person to post updates to social media sites or can I contribute?
You can contribute whenever you like and will have free access to do so. However, the majority of updates will come from us - that’s what you employ us for so you don’t have to.
How can I trust you to post updates that I approve of?
Social media is all about fast turnaround and reacting to news and information in real-time. Realistically it can only work effectively if you trust your social media consultant to do their job, and allow them to post updates on your behalf. There will be a grace period of 10 working days at the start of the contract where you can approve all updates before they go live, and to allow us time to learn about your industry. After this, it’s in your best interest to trust us to do it for you.
Can I be logged in to my accounts at the same time as Social Media Clinic?
Yes, you will have the passwords and can access your accounts at all times. This way, you can see who’s saying what about you and your company.
How will I know if someone has sent me a Direct Message on Twitter?
We will inform you of every personal Direct Message, which you can respond to or ask us to on your behalf.
Is there an alternative to paying by PayPal?
Yes, you also have the option to pay by standing order into our bank account. Please email us for details.
How often will you tweet or post Facebook Page updates?
For maximum effectiveness, the more often you tweet the better. The more often you tweet, the more likely your customers are to see your content in their Twitter stream. This will range from once daily to several times daily, depending on the Package you choose. Facebook updates needn’t be so frequent, but it’s important to post engaging content regularly to gain a loyal following.
